Intro to 50k PPC and a lil background

I've decided to set a year long goal to make 50k playing poker, and document it every step of the way. Honestly, at this point, I think there is less than 1% chance of me actually achieving this goal. I wanted to pick a number that seems virtually unattainable based on my past performance, and on the amount of time I’ll be able to dedicate to playing. It will be interesting to see how my perception of this goal changes through out the year.

I'll be posting results on a weekly or monthly basis. I plan on starting off in smaller games and working my way up. The numbers during the first few months should be very low. Hopefully I'll climb to a level by the end of the year where the last few months will have some large numbers posted and make up for the slow start.

I plan on playing 10’s, 20’s, 30’s, 50’s, and 100’s if all goes well. I’d like to win 100 buyins at each level before I move up, but I may make exceptions during the lower levels if my roi after several hundred is 40%+. I hope to be on the 50’s within 4 months, leaving 8 months to tackle the 50’s and 100’s.
